How It Begins
You might be anyone who has suddenly realized that they've been buried alive. Would you like to try 1) shouting, 2) digging, or 3) praying?
Notable Features
- This game is a pure CYOA. There are no named locations, and at every turn, the player has up to three options to choose from, by typing 1, 2, or 3.
- Scoring is done by awarding a point when the correct option is chosen, and subtracting a point when an incorrect (or pointless) option is chosen. The maximum score of 14 can only be achieved by choosing correctly fourteen times in a row.
Trivia & Comments
- This game is a homage of sorts to many of the author's previous games. Several characters return, most notably Clueless Bob Newbie, Sophie of Sophie's Adventure, and Lord Sinister from The Reluctant Vampire. Also, the titles of several of Whyld's games are concealed within the text of the game.
