From IFWiki

The Commodore 64 or C64 was an 8-bit computer sold by Commodore International between 1982 and 1994. It remains as one of the highest selling models of computer of all time.

Text adventures available for the Commodore 64 included many games by Infocom, Magnetic Scrolls, and Level 9.

As well as various different incarnations of the C64, including the Educator 64 and the MAX, the company also released the Commodore 128; a backward compatible expanded and enhanced version of the C64 with more memory and a secondary Z80 processor that gave the machine CP/M capabilities.

Infocom produced larger adventure games for the Commodore 128, including A Mind Forever Voyaging.
