Is he Johnny Deep? Is that Sleepy Hollow? -- Cassandra Palop 04:17, 20 December 2006 (EST)

I didn't know that, but doing an image search on Google suggests that you're right. (I didn't find that exact image, but similar ones.) Sigh. I suppose that means I have to remove the image from the wiki. Drat. -- David Welbourn 11:06, 20 December 2006 (EST)
I was unsure if we are really responsible for detecting any possible copyright violations. It was just that I was doubting that Christopher Cole himself obtained the required permission from the copyright holders. -- Cassandra Palop 12:15, 20 December 2006 (EST)
Well, I'm no expert on these things, y'know. I think if this were for an article about the Sleepy Hollow film itself, we might be able to have one picture as fair use, but I'm doubtful that reasoning applies with Warlock, which could reasonably have used artwork not from the film. And y'know, the edit page does say in bold angry letters "DO NOT SUBMIT COPYRIGHTED WORK WITHOUT PERMISSION!", so I think it's better to play it safe than sorry and not have the image here. Which sucks, 'cause I rather liked it. -- David Welbourn 13:08, 20 December 2006 (EST)
I agree with you. -- Cassandra Palop 13:42, 20 December 2006 (EST)
