The Second 24 Hours of Inform was organized by Kevan Davis, and ran from the 13th of December until the 2nd of February 2003.
The theme, provided by Nik Borton, was that: "The adventure must be set on a cruise ship. It must involve Jesus, a cat, a mini-skirt and a weather balloon."
There were three entries:
- Aesthetic Deletions (Johanna Hunt).
- Escape from the SS Borgarís (Kevan Davis).
- Ghost Ship (Pete Hitchin).
