The ninth Speed-IF was on December 11, 1999, organized by the unwitting Neil deMause.
Premise
SpeedApocalypse was actually a joke by Neil "neild" deMause. However, someone took it seriously and entered a game. The premise was lost in the mists of time, but it obviously had something to do with the apocalypse.
