Ken...it's preferental to only make a simple statement about a topic and then link to its authorative site. I think we don't want to get into copying material that is maintained somewhere else. I'm refering to the SCARE page. A short description, in your own words, would suffice. Then having the links as you have them or in-line would be perfect.
