Commodore VIC-20

The Commodore VIC-20 was an 8-bit computer sold by Commodore International between 1980 and 1985.
Designed as a low-cost, colour computer it was the successor to the Commodore PET but was soon superseded by the widely more successful Commodore 64.
Despite its humble feature set (with additional memory needing to be purchased to make the most of the system) it was still a popular machine for adventure games and writers, with over 170 known titles produced or adapted for the machine.
