Simon Baldwin is the creator of SCARE, which is a runner clone developed from the now discontinued jAsea JAVA runner clone made by Mark J. Tilford. On the website it is explained that "SCARE aims to provide an ANSI/ISO C core ADRIFT interpreter, portable enough to run on Linux, Windows, DOS, Macintosh, Amiga, or any platform that offers an ANSI/ISO C compiler. Maybe even PalmOS."
