The ninth Spring Thing is currently running in the spring of 2011 and is organized by Greg Boettcher.

June 17, 2010: Spring Thing 2011 was announced.
March 1, 2011, noon, Eastern US Time: Deadline for authors' intents to enter.
April 4, 2011, noon, Eastern US Time: Deadline by which authors' entry fees, games and walkthroughs must be received by the organizer.
April 4 or 5, 2011: Games will be released, voting will start, and the end of the voting period will be announced.
