Link directly to a file on the IF Archive, with link text. (See also Template:ifarchive link for a bare link, Template:ifarchive unbox for ZIP files etc, and Template:ifarchive index to link to the index with file descriptions.)

Two arguments: the directory path, and the filename itself. The directory path must end in a slash (/)!
