How It Begins
You are Aethel Wiggle, the young daughter of Teacher and Mrs Wiggle. You are wearing Hawnd's jerkin and boots, and you are carrying a hessian sack (containing your diary) and a dagger. You have come thus prepared to this tiny gatehouse to rescue your parents from the giant Glum Fiddle. You wrote in your diary that you would, so that's what you will do.
Before you can do much of anything, an Irish wolfhound tells you that you must answer three questions to get past him and the gate.
