Let me rephrase. It looks like this is an existing article and someone is busy entering it in a wiki format. It's more efficient for me to wait until this is done and then fill in the holes, rather than say stuff that the original article may already say.

Let me rephrase. It looks like this is an existing article and someone is busy entering it in a wiki format. It's more efficient for me to wait until this is done and then fill in the holes, rather than say stuff that the original article may already say.
