JACL is short for JACL Adventure Creation Language, an IF authoring system created by Stuart Allen in 1996. Games in JACL are interpreted, not compiled. Depending on the JACL interpreter, it might either play a JACL game in normal window, or it may act as a HTTP server, enabling the game to be played in a web browser.
Games written in JACL
- The Curse of Eldor (Stuart Allen; 1996). IF Comp 1996: 21st place.
- Unholy Grail (Stuart Allen; 1997). IF Comp 1997: 15th place.
