. I would suggest two points- make the Community Portal into an active discussion forum. One good forum package is at http://www.invisionboard.com/. Second point- add a short IF community links page, giving credit to well-run websites that link to here, eg. Baf's Guide at http://www.wurb.com/if/ currently links to ifwiki.org.
