How It Begins
You are a woman who joined a strange cult, the "Order of the Blessed Agonies", seeking direction in your life. As part of the initiation you are taken to a sealed room and given a gun. In the room, your boyfriend, Jason, is gagged and lashed to a chair.
Trivia and Comments
- This is the second part of a trilogy of text adventure games to be released shortly. The trilogy is intended as a build-up to the release of a graphical adventure game which will be the fourth part of the 5 Days a Stranger series.
- The player only gets an overview of what is an extensive backstory. This game (and the rest of the Countdown series) continues a storyline begun in Croshaw's freeware amateur graphical adventure 5 Days a Stranger and continued in 7 Days a Skeptic and Trilby's Notes.
