Unbox

Unbox is a service of the IF Archive, allowing access to individual files, or whole multi-file games, inside of compressed wrappers such as ZIP files that are stored on the IF Archive.
Unbox can be used:
- directly, at https://unbox.ifarchive.org/
- via 'View contents' links on the IF Archive website
- via IFDB (it allows 'Play Online' and 'View Contents' links for compressed games/files)
- from this wiki (see {{ifarchive unbox}} / {{ifarchive unbox link}})
The unboxer was created by Dannii Willis. It was nominated for "Best Technological Development" in the XYZZY Awards 2022.
