Jonathan Scott

Dr Jonathan M. Scott is a Northern Irish academic, researcher and author, who also wrote text adventures and interactive fiction in the 1990s and 2000s.
He wrote his first game Escape from Hodgkin's Manor for the ZX Spectrum when he was thirteen-years old.
Many of his games were collaborations with his friend Stephen Boyd. Their games were mostly published by the mail-order firms Zenobi Software (on Spectrum) and WoW Software (on Amstrad CP/M).
Jonathan is also responsible some of the Spectrum ports of games by Frank Fridd and Peter Clark.
In 2004 he published a novel, A Brief Tale that included many of the characters from his 1990s text adventures.
