This is a LOTECH Comp that never was. Mark Silcox announced LoTechComp II on March 31, 2002. Unfortunately, there were no entries.
Mark gave two reasons in his announcement for running LoTechComp II. One, the first LOTECH Comp was a success. Two, he wanted to encourage a focus on storytelling over the technical aspects of game-making, both for authors and reviewers.
