Rdf-intfic
From IFWiki
The rdf-intfic metadata format is a metadata format meant for storing metadata about text adventure games, invented by Aaron Black (zzo38), using RDF (the recommended serialization format is Turtle, although XML can also be used if necessary). Some intentions of its use include:
- You can upload the story together with the metadata from a command-line (such as
curl
; no need to open the web browser), and this will automatically fill the remote database. - You can make queries on the data, to search for various criteria. Such thing could be done without needing to open the web browser.
- You can convert to/from other formats.
- Requirements to run the game can be determined as precisely as possible, as well as what features are optional. Another format to specify capabilities of interpreters could also exist to be able to compare them.
