Premise
Write a game which includes an NPC on fire, a box of Crack Pops or Sugary Mouth Manglers, a coathanger, an inventory object you can't drop, and a miniature surfboard. Extra points for including: gargling or a spit-take, Dick Cavett, glowing mushrooms, or bad poetry.
