Revision as of 03:10, 15 December 2016

This is a partial list of dead links on IFWiki.

Let's say the existing dead link looks like this on its wiki page:

[http://old-page.com Link Text]

To change it to the dead link template, do this:

{{dead link|url=http://old-page.com|Link Text}}

If there is an archive link available (at the Wayback Machine, for instance), you can include that as the "archive" argument:

{{dead link|url=http://old-page.com|archive=http://wayback-url.com|Link Text}}

If you have the archive argument, the url argument is optional. So you could also do this:

{{dead link|archive=http://wayback-url.com|Link Text}}

Some of the links in the list below have an archive url, and some don't. The ones that do have it will include it in parentheses after the broken link.

The pages listed below each link are the wiki page(s) where that link can be found.

Note: If you have fixed, or plan to fix, any of the links on this page, please delete them from this page.

Note #2: Sometimes the Wayback machine link that's been suggested leads to a useless snapshot, so I guess we should check them just in case.
