Detectiveland is a parser-choice hybrid game by Robin Johnson, and the winning entry in the the 22nd Annual Interactive Fiction Competition in 2016. It was the first non-parser game and the first game written in a homebrew system to win IF Comp.
Plot
The game casts the player as Lanson Rose, a private investigator in the fictitious Prohibition-era American city of New Losago. There are three different mystery cases available at the beginning of the game, which can be completed in any order.
