Opus&Lapsus is possibly the main website for interactive fiction in Russian. The site contains a forum, a file archive, links to Russian authoring systems, and several articles (some original, some from SPAG, XYZZYnews, or other English IF sites and translated into Russian).
Note: The site is only in Russian, so non-Russian readers will need to use a translation service.
